Le résumé fourni par la source

In the digital era, cyber threats are evolving day by day and traditional solutions become ineffective. To overcome this problem, we need adaptive, intelligent protection mechanisms in cybersecurity. This research paper presents a hybrid machine learning method that integrates Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Random Forest (RF) classifiers, and the DBSCAN clustering algorithm to detect malware, intrusion attempts, and anomalous activities in real time scenario. The CNN algorithm achieved 92.5% accuracy in malware classification, while the RF classifier achieved 89.7% accuracy in intrusion detection. Additionally, the DBSCAN algorithm outperformed traditional statistical techniques in anomaly detection with an F1-score of 90.3%. The proposed work improves the detection accuracy and reduces false positives, while adapting to both known and unknown threats. Proposed work outcomes highlight the potential of hybrid approaches to reinforce cybersecurity infrastructure and lay a foundation for developing intelligent and self-adaptive defense systems.
