Le résumé fourni par la source
X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) is a common technique that has been widely used for identifying composition and quantifying the elements. The combination of XRF and Computational X-ray ghost imaging (XGI) has a large potential to achieve elemental mappings with low time consumption and high resolution. Inverse Compton scattering (ICS) sources producing quasi-monochromatic and energy continually-tunable X-rays is a suitable compact facility for the realization of X-ray fluorescence ghost imaging (XRF-GI) in a laboratory setting. We propose an element differentiation method by XRF-GI using the ICS source and validate it through Monte Carlo simulation. In this simulation, we use the Hadamard patterns to modulate the beam and an energy-resolving one-pixel detector to collect the photons emitted from the sample. The results demonstrate that the XRF-GI by ICS source could separate the elements (Fe, Cu and Zn) in the sample clearly and the spatial distribution of elements is accurate. In addition, the XRF-GI by ICS source has shown great potential for nondestructive inspection and medical imaging.
