We read with great interest the article by Dhakchinamoorthi et al. titled "A cross-sectional study on the impact of methylxanthines, corticosteroids, and antibiotics on COPD symptoms".1 The authors have addressed an important clinical topic in real-world COPD management.However, a few methodological and interpretational aspects merit clarification and discussion to strengthen the conclusions drawn.
