Reliability-based design of reinforced concrete columns for ultimate limit state using design value method
Résumé fourni par la source
This paper is dedicated to the establishment of a new reliability design method for reinforced concrete columns by utilizing the improved design value method in response to the shortcomings of the current sub-coefficient design method. The main research includes: improving and determining the statistical characteristics of the resistance of reinforced concrete columns, laying the foundation for structural reliability analysis. Collect the damage test data on reinforced concrete columns, statistically analyze the test data, and determine the statistical characteristics of the resistance and load of reinforced concrete columns. Establish the reliability analysis model under different damage modes, calibrate the reliability of the current design method, reveal the implied reliability indices of the current design method, and determine the target reliability indices of the design method of this paper based on this model. Based on the current improved design value method and combined with the current design habits, a new method for the reliability design of reinforced concrete columns is established, and its progress is studied through reliability calibration and comparative analysis. The results show that the new design method has better reliability control accuracy than the current design method, can directly reflect the influence of various random variables on the design reliability, and can flexibly meet the owner's different needs for the target reliability index and design service.
