Le résumé fourni par la source
In this paper, the cost, volume, and efficiency improvement of non-isolated integrated on-board chargers (IOBCs) using a low value zero-sequence inductance of traction motor and an inverter in the e-axle for class A and B segment electric vehicles (xEV) are compared to conventional isolated dual active bridge (DAB) based on-board chargers (OBC). Since the human safety standards of the OBC do not require galvanic isolation, the non-isolated system has the potential to improve efficiency and reduce the cost and volume of the system. However, to the best of our knowledge, there is no comprehensive survey data available for a feasible single-phase IOBC system. Therefore, the above-mentioned merits are investigated after the basic requirements such as input current THD and human equivalent circuit impedance voltage drop level are satisfied from suitable simulation and experimental results.
