In power systems, the effective management of transformer area line loss is regarded as essential for ensuring grid stability and improving the operational efficiency of power supply enterprises. With the ongoing expansion of power networks, the substandard line loss qualification rate has become a prominent issue, leading to increased power supply costs, energy inefficiency, and potential risks to system security. As a result, real-time monitoring of 400V synchronous line loss by transformer area has attracted significant attention, particularly through the implementation of big data analysis. In this context, the current study aims to comprehensively analyze the key factors responsible for the low line loss qualification rate and propose corresponding solutions. Detailed regulations for synchronous line loss management are established, and a microelectronic power-off monitor is developed to facilitate real-time power parameter acquisition using sensor and data collection technologies. Automatic warnings are generated and transmitted to personnel when the power failure risk exceeds predetermined thresholds. The outcomes of this research are expected to support power system stability, minimize line loss, and promote sustainable energy security and socioeconomic progress.
