Le résumé fourni par la source

Biofabrication of nanoparticles is an economical and environmentally beneficial method that utilizes microorganisms to synthesize nanoparticles. Microorganisms, such as bacteria and fungi, are used to reduce metal ions into nanostructures via both enzymatic and non-enzymatic processes. The development and regulation of nanoparticles are mediated by biomolecules produced by microbes, including proteins, enzymes, and polysaccharides. The hazardous chemicals employed in the traditional manufacture of nanoparticles are no longer necessary because of their green synthesis strategy. Peculiar traits associated with microbial nanoparticles include their great stability, biocompatibility, and adjustable size and form. Silver, iron oxide, gold, and zinc oxides are often used to synthesize nanoparticles. For instance, silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) have potent antibacterial properties that make them beneficial for both food preservation and medicine. AuNPs have been used for cancer treatment and drug delivery. Microbial species, culture conditions, and precursor concentrations affect the synthesis process. Extracellular production of nanoparticles by fungi, such as Aspergillus and Fusarium, renders recovery effortless. The reduction of metal ions can be accomplished by bacteria intracellularly or extracellularly . The Biosynthesis of nanoparticles is promoted by algae and cyanobacteria. In addition to the sustainability of this approach, it also facilitates industrial, environmental, and biomedical applications. • Green synthesis offers eco-friendly nanoparticle production using bacteria. • Natural, engineered, and incidental nanoparticles differ in origin and stability. • Synthesis depends on pH, temperature, precursor level, and incubation time. • Nanoparticles have uses in agriculture, medicine, environment, and defense. • Microbial rare-metal synthesis is limited; safety and standards are needed.
