Le résumé fourni par la source

The development of industrial livestock farming is inevitably accompanied by the concentrationof livestock and an increase in the incidence of infectious diseases, including pasteurellosis.Pasteurellosis is an infectious disease of farm and wild animals, characterized by septicemia and inflammatory-hemorrhagic processes in the internal organs of the serous and mucousmembranes.Pasteurellosis is a complex problem in animal husbandry, since the pathogen -Pasteurella multocida, a representative of the brucellosis family, has the ability to move from one animal species to another and between different animal species, persist for a long time in their body, including intracellularly, and cause diseases that are equally dangerous not only for animals, but also for humans. The economic damage from pasteurellosis is significant: the mortality rate in the acute course of the disease reaches 60-80%. The causative agent of pasteurellosis is characterized by high contagiousness and a pronounced tendency to stationarity, which complicates the implementation of rehabilitation measures.Polymorphism of the antigen structure, the diversity of pasteurella serovars create significant difficulties both in the development and in the effective use of anti-pasteurella drugs.Mono-and polyvalent serums are widely used to treat pasteurella in farm animals. However, in recent years, due to thelack of production of polyvalent antitoxic serum against pasteurellosis of calves and lambs in the republic, obtaining these drugs has become difficult. In this regard, obtaining hyperimmune serums, developing new, promising methods of hyperimmunization in order to increase the specific activity of serums are very relevant.
