Emblica officinalis, commonly known as Indian gooseberry or amla, holds a distinguished place in traditional healing systems such as Ayurveda, Siddha, and Unani. Celebrated as a rejuvenating “Rasayana” in Ayurvedic medicine, amla is revered for its remarkable nutritional and therapeutic attributes.
