The value of accounting property is intrinsic to blockchain technology; data held in a database is precise and reliable despite the counterparty's level of trust. A transaction only goes ahead if everyone implicated gave their consent. Leveraging network accounting, one can be converted into a format that is intuitive, transparent, and risk-free for all stakeholders. Initial matter arise utilizing technology in accounting delivers the subsequent benefits: Online transactions transpire swiftly and intuitive, accounts can be conveniently updated through smartphone applications; visual categorization of data systems enable final stages automation, culminating with the dawning of core demonstrates. This report suggests a novel, all-encompassing strategy that brings together these technologies, huge medical data can be processed and stored in a scalable manner thanks to the integration of cloud computing, which also enables AI algorithms to derive useful insights for individualized treatment plans. By identifying intricate patterns in medical datasets, deep learning techniques further strengthen artificial intelligence capabilities and improve diagnostic and prognosis accuracy. This method, which combines several state-of-the-art technologies, promises to progress precision medicine while simultaneously tackling important issues related to data security and privacy in the healthcare industry. Therefore, blockchain technology is leveraged to boost data integrity
