Le résumé fourni par la source
Due to constraints such as the layout of the workshop and the loading rhythm in the cold rolling warehouse area of the steel plant, conflicts in driving paths often arise, preventing efficient loading and stacking. To optimize traffic scheduling and stacking in this area, the driving conflict avoidance model and the stacking position recommendation model were established. These models aim to minimize the time required for specified lifting tasks. Then, a multi-stage scheduling mechanism based on the entropy weight TOPSIS method and adaptive priority strategy was proposed to solve the optimal driving scheduling and stacking plan. This algorithm was compared with three typical methods under varying task scales, including the solver method, rule-integrated approach and elite-preservation genetic algorithm. Ultimately, the genetic algorithm with the best fusion allocation rule in the comparison method and the proposed scheme were used to solve the example. The results indicated that the model and algorithm's scheduling efficiency can improve by more than 7 %.
