Development of a Model for Integrated Performance Management and Feedback for University Education (Curricular and Extracurricular): Focusing on A University

This purpose of this study is to develop an ‘Education Integrated Performance Management and Feedback’ model to more integrated and systematically manage the performance and feedback of curricular and extracurricular education at University A. To this end, he conducted literature reviews, case investigations, interviews on campus, interviews with focus groups, and Delphi survey. The designed model was based on the PDCA model in terms of universality. In terms of specificity, it was emphasized that the existing educational performance management and feedback system of University A should be supplemented and that the operation and performance management of curricular and extracurricular should be based on the university's educational goals and development plans. Accordingly, a virtuous cycle of performance management and feedback was implemented, starting with an understanding of educational goals and development plans, and continuing with Create(Plan)→Undertake(Do)→Review(Check)→Execute(Act). In detail, each stage was embodied, and the role of each operating body and management subject was strengthened. In addition, utilization data and output reports were presented to support the work of members. This study is meaningful in that it intended to integrate and systematically implement performance management and feedback of curricular and extracurricular. In addition, it is valuable in that it supports the work of members of University A and presents a plan that can be referenced by other universities.
