Le résumé fourni par la source
This paper proposes an OLED micro-display pixel circuit that employs two parallel voltage-dividing capacitors to extend the data voltage programming range, with one of the capacitors shared by multiple ajacent pixels. The proposed circuit not only expands the data voltage programming range but also effectively reduces the pixel area. Simulation results show that the programming voltage range is increased from 133 mV to 2.4 V, while the pixel size is minimized to$1.19 \mu \times 3.56 \mu \mathrm{m}$, achieving a PPI of 7134. Moreover, the pixel circuit renders non-uniformity suppressed to below 6% across the entire grayscale range thanks to the threshold voltage compensation function.
