The manuscript is very well written and highly relevant in the current situation where more vaccines are suggested to be used in campaigns and routine immunization practice.It needs to be mentioned, though, that the review was initiated by an employee of the manufacturer of TROPIS, and the manuscript shows more studies that evaluated this needle-free injector.I believe that it may be more advanced than other needle-free injectors and, due to the pre-quali cation by WHO, it is more accessible for investigators who want to employ intradermal delivery of vaccines.INTRODUCTION: The introduction is very long but is an excellent review of the current Polio Vaccine situation and is therefore worth reading. ? Add a description of evaluated new technologies either to the methods or to the introduction
