Supplementary Figure S4 Immune exclusion in the SLL sample 6B revealed by orthogonal spatial profiling. (A) CODEX profiling revealed two representative regions in the MRD sample (6B) of Pt-67. Region 1 located in the tumor margin where tumor cells interfaced with abundant CD8 T cells that demonstrated an exhausted state. This region was also enriched for interferon-stimulating signals. In contrast, region 2 represented tumor interior where very few CD8 T cells were observed. (B) Visium spatial profiling of the same sample as (A). CD8 T cell signals were detected in the tumor margin, which highly overlapped with the signals of immune checkpoint and interferon-stimulated genes.
