Le résumé fourni par la source
This study presents a pH sensor based on a composite film consisting of zinc oxide (ZnO) and phosphorene (PP), a novel two-dimensional material. Ultraviolet (UV) light was employed to enhance the sensor’s performance. The PP/ZnO composite film was fabricated by first preparing the ZnO layer through R.F. sputtering, followed by drop-casting liquid-phase exfoliated phosphorene, which was derived from bulk black phosphorous (BP) powder, onto the ZnO layer. The sensing mechanism was based on an extended-gate field-effect transistor (EGFET) structure, and measurements were conducted over a pH range of 3 to 11. The pure ZnO film demonstrated a sensitivity of 24.5 mV/pH. When integrated into the PP/ZnO composite film, the sensitivity increased to 58.0 mV/pH, and finally, under UV illumination, it reached 65.0 mV/pH.
