The methodological recommendations describe a comprehensive approach to the organization of screening, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for patients with precancerous changes and early forms of colorectal cancer as part of the medical examination of certain groups of the adult population. The document includes algorithms for patient routing, aspects of conducting questionnaires, fecal immunochemical tests, and colonoscopy. The criteria for the quality of endoscopic examinations, standards for photo documentation, tactics for removing neoplasms, principles of anesthesiological support, and subsequent dispensary observation are described in detail. Particular attention is paid to the diagnosis of inflammatory bowel diseases and the use of modern imaging methods. The recommendations have been developed in accordance with the current regulatory and legal acts and clinical recommendations of the Russian Federation and international standards, and have been adapted for practical application.The methodological recommendations are designed for doctors providing primary health care, therapists, general practitioners, clinical laboratory diagnosticians, endoscopists, oncologists, coloproctologists, gastroenterologists, and health care administrators.
