Correction to: Fall Risk in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients: A Secondary Analysis of the HOPE Consortium Trial

In the article by Charytan et al. “Fall Risk in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients: A Secondary Analysis of the HOPE Consortium Trial” (Clin J Am Soc Nephrol. 2025; 20(9):1247–1258. DOI:10.2215/CJN.0000000775), corrections are needed. During the copyediting process, the trial acronym “HOPE” was incorrectly spelled out as “Heart Outcomes Prevention Evaluation.” The trial name is The HOPE Consortium Trial to Reduce Pain and Opioid Use in Hemodialysis. All references to the trial throughout the article should appear as “HOPE Consortium Trial” and not “Heart Outcomes Prevention Evaluation.” The publisher regrets this error.
