Research on the Innovation and Practice of Talent Training Models in Undergraduate-Level Vocational Education
Résumé fourni par la source
This study explores innovative models of practical teaching and university-enterprise collaboration in vocational education. It examines the reform of teaching evaluation systems, focusing on integrated standards combining job requirements, curricula, competitions, and certifications, as well as formative assessments and multi-stakeholder evaluations. The paper also discusses the design and application of developmental assessment tools for vocational competencies. In terms of faculty development, it introduces mechanisms such as the training of dual-qualified teachers and the on-campus placement of enterprise technical experts. Finally, it envisions the supportive role of provincial engineering research centers and vocational education group platforms in talent cultivation, emphasizing the service pathways through which vocational education outcomes contribute to regional economic development. This provides practical insights into advancing deep integration between industry and education.
