Le résumé fourni par la source

The recent rise in the turnover rate among junior officers poses a serious threat to the stability and sustainability of military organizations.Junior officers may consider leaving the organization due to high job stress, limited opportunities for promotion, and insufficient organizational support-factors that can undermine overall performance and efficiency. This study investigates perceived organizational support as a key factor in reducing junior officers' turnover intentions.Specifically, it empirically examines the effect of perceived organizational support on turnover intention and explores the mediating role of organizational commitment in this relationship.A survey was conducted among junior officers(including commissioned and non-commissioned officers with less than five years of service) stationed in military units located in Incheon and Gyeonggi-do.The collected data were used to analyze the relationships among perceived organizational support, organizational commitment, and turnover intention. The results reveal that perceived organizational support significantly reduces turnover intention and that organizational commitment mediates this effect. This study suggests that enhancing perceived organizational support can serve as an effective strategy for managing turnover intention among junior officers. The findings are expected to contribute both theoretically and practically by offering actionable insights to improve the stability and sustainability of military organizations.
