Le résumé fourni par la source
Flexible electronic systems require specialized encapsulation to protect components from environmental factors, ensuring durability and stability. Unlike traditional rigid electronics, flexible devices, which can be stretchable or bendable, often operate in unique conditions, such as direct skin contact or implantation in the human body. Therefore, encapsulation for flexible electronics demands careful material and technology selection. Additionally, due to constraints in size and power consumption, flexible electronics need efficient data transmission to hosts like smartphones or PCs. This necessitates reliable, energy-efficient communication methods to control device operation and data processing. Various communication modes exist, each with unique advantages and limitations for wearable and implantable devices. Recent advances in this field have been documented, highlighting developments in thermal management, wireless haptic interfaces, and large-area display textiles, indicating progress toward integrating flexible electronics with the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence.
