Le résumé fourni par la source
Sinoatrial node reentrant tachycardia (SANRT) is a rare form of atrial tachycardia (AT) originating from the sinoatrial node (SAN). SANRT was first conceptualized by Barker et al.1 Later, animal studies using an isolated sinus node preparation demonstrated reentry either completely or partially within the SAN.2 In humans, Narula3 first described SANRT and established the diagnostic criteria. One of the prerequisites for the diagnosis of SANRT is the similarity of P-wave morphology in surface electrocardiograms and the atrial activation sequence in intracardiac atrial electrograms during sinus rhythm and tachycardia.
