Le résumé fourni par la source

In this work, we present the capabilities and anticipated performance of a state-of-the-art reflectometer that will be an integral part of the instrumentation beamline at SIRIUS – ARIRANHA (Advanced Research on Instrumentation and Imaging for Photon Beams), operating in an energy range between 5.75 keV and 30 keV. This experimental station is designed for the development and characterization of optical elements and systems up to 1 m in length, enabling a range of x-ray reflectometry (XRR) and x-ray diffractometry (XRD) experiments, both for internal research at SIRIUS and for external users. The numerous degrees of freedom of the reflectometer allow for great experimental variation, and coupled with the high brilliance provided by the undulator source, create an ideal environment for sample analysis. To illustrate the expected performance and opportunities of the station, we present a simulated case study focusing on the characterization of the first mirror of the JATOBA beamline – a 600mm long bendable toroidal mirror coated with a multilayer of tungsten (W) and silicon (Si).
