This paper investigates wireless communication methods for distribution stations based on Device-to-Device (D2D) technology. First, it introduces the network model and application scenarios of D2D communication, emphasizing its advantages in enhancing communication speed and system throughput, and reducing end-to-end latency. Next, it discusses resource allocation and interference management techniques in D2D communication, including mode selection, resource allocation strategies, and interference coordination methods. By appropriately allocating communication channels and controlling transmission power, D2D technology can effectively reduce interference and improve service quality. The focus of this research is to improve the efficiency of eNB's allocation of wireless channel resources to reduce eNB's load while maximizing system throughput. This is achieved through a proportional fairness strategy, which ensures fair resource allocation among users while optimizing system performance. Finally, the paper proposes a hardware system architecture for applying D2D communication in the power Internet of Things and verifies its efficiency and stability in complex power data environments through experiments. This research provides technical support for enhancing the communication performance of distribution automation systems.
