Le résumé fourni par la source
In contrast to inversion techniques used in oil and gas exploration, which aim to extract detailed physical information about subsurface reservoirs, engineering geophysical inversion places greater emphasis on identifying the variation trends of physical parameters across different strata. In this study, borehole logs, gravity core samples, and Cone Penetration Test data were acquired from the study site and surrounding areas. The mineral compositions of the strata were analyzed, and P-wave velocity profiles were reconstructed for the boreholes. Based on these, density–P-wave velocity relationships were fitted to derive acoustic impedance profiles. Two boreholes were selected as constraints for impedance inversion based on sub-bottom profiler data, while a third borehole was used to validate the inversion results. The outcomes demonstrate that the proposed inversion approach is feasible and capable of reliably capturing the overall trend of impedance variations in the subsurface strata, thereby providing practical guidance for drilling and sampling operations.
