Research on the diagnosis and evaluation technology of the whole life cycle cost of power grid transformer equipment

With the continuous development of grid equipment, how to achieve refined management of costs throughout the entire lifecycle has become a significant challenge for power grid enterprises. The lifecycle cost of grid equipment involves multiple stages, including initial investment, maintenance, operations, fault disposal, and decommissioning, with costs at these stages being interrelated and dynamically transmitted. Traditional cost management methods often overlook the interlinkages between these stages, resulting in low resource allocation efficiency. This paper combines multivariate regression analysis to conduct sensitivity analysis on the lifecycle costs of grid equipment, examining the impact of various factors on the total cost. Based on the sensitivity analysis, a cost optimization scheme is proposed. The research findings provide scientific support for the management and decision-making of grid equipment, offering significant practical value.
