With the popularity of 5G terminals and the rapid development of emerging mobile services, people have higher and higher requirements for the communication quality of 5G networks, and look forward to achieving a good 5G service experience. Operators are increasingly focusing on the authentic user experience in mobile network and continuously optimizing the quality of network services to improve user satisfaction. In the current communication network, 4G and 5G network types coexist, there are many frequency bands and a large number of cells, and the optimization of mobility parameter configuration is complicated. When frequent or unreasonable handover event occurs between different cells of 4G and 5G networks, the user experience will be reduced. This paper presents an intelligent optimization method for inter-system handover parameters in 5G wireless network based on user service experience. This method improves the efficiency of O&M personnel in parameter configuration optimization tasks. Additionally, it enables mobile users to reside on the 5G network as much as possible, thereby enhancing the resident capability of the 5G network.
