Le résumé fourni par la source
To overcome this problem, a new optimization method called the Meta-Heuristic Ant-Bee Colony Algorithms (MH-ABC) has been proposed that uses the collective behavior of both ants & bees to effectively gather, process, and analyze dynamic big data in real-time. The Ant and Bee Algorithm (ABA) models the foraging behavior of ants and the communication strategy bees use to provide a self-managed, adaptive mechanism in dealing with such dynamic big data challenges. The concept of the pheromone trail in the ant colony is the inspiration for the MH-ABC approach, which works with all ants depositing chemicals along paths to food sources and preventing re-searches. Like in the ant colony optimization algorithms, nodes deposit pheromones to represent how good their solutions are to guide other connected nodes that want help finding an optimal solution. This feature also provides an efficient resource allocation in the dynamic environment and information sharing between the nodes' sound, allowing for overall performance improvement with the algorithm. The proposed MH-ABC algorithm is efficacious in addressing big data challenges concerning the problem of high-dimensional or large-scale volume and velocity of growing data sets and dealing with dynamic changes in solutions. It has been used successfully in real-time data analytics for financial, social media, and healthcare applications. The scalable and adaptive MH-ABC algorithm can benefit these real-time decision-making processes by supporting dynamic big data analysis.
