Adding atezo to first-line CT + bev for R/M CC significantly improved the dual primary endpoints of progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) in the open-label randomised phase III BEATcc trial (NCT03556839). Median OS with atezo + CT + bev exceeded 2.5 years. The effect of atezo in R/M CC according to PD-L1 status is unknown.
