Patients (pts) with 3L+ PSOC have limited further efficacy on currently available therapies. In a Medidata® pooled clinical trials analysis of pts with 3L+ PSOC (N=130), of whom 96.9% had progressive disease (PD) on prior poly (adenosine diphosphate [ADP]-ribose) polymerase inhibitor (PARPi), the median overall survival was 19.35 months (mo) (95% CI, 17.77–22.08) and median progression-free survival was 6.11 mo (95% CI, 5.06–7.39). At primary analysis in PICCOLO (NCT05041257), the FRα-targeted antibody-drug conjugate MIRV demonstrated efficacy in 3L+ PSOC, including in pts with PD on prior PARPi.
