Résumé fourni par la source

The article discusses the peculiarities of organizing logistics operations in Ukraine under martial law. The purpose of the work is to assess the impact of martial law on logistics activities, identify existing problems and major risks that affect the logistics system, develop basic approaches to optimizing the logistics processes of transport enterprises in war. The problematic issues in the organization of logistics processes of transport services during the period of military aggression are detailed. Some features of the organization of international logistics operations in our country during the war are considered. It is established that the logistics industry has undergone significant negative changes as a result of hostilities due to disruption of logistics chains, termination of cooperation with some partners, loss of access to markets, increased geopolitical tension, relocation of logistics processes to the western parts of the country, destruction and damage to warehouses and transportation highways, and reduction in the number of drivers and qualified personnel. Examples and peculiarities of adaptation of the transportation business to the new conditions are provided. The author identifies the main risks of the transport logistics system and ways to reduce them by entering new markets, optimizing routes, organizing the negotiation process with insurers, implementing measures to attract and train personnel, expanding labor diversification, stabilizing demand, developing long-term partnerships, making objective forecasts, etc. It is proposed to restore the transport infrastructure in the context of the pan-European logistics space, improving the energy efficiency of vehicles, the efficiency of the use of logistics infrastructure, rational transportation management, and the use of artificial intelligence. The article also identifies the main strategic approaches to optimizing the sustainability of logistics systems in Ukraine using multisourcing systems, diversification of the production network, nearshoring, simulation modeling, artificial intelligence, the use of excess inventory or production capacity, and the creation of strategic partnerships in the supply chain ecosystem. The proposed measures in the complex can help to optimize the management of logistics processes in Ukraine.
