Three poultry litters (PL) based on rice hulls (RHPL), sawdust (SDPL) and wood shavings (WSPL) were individually mixed with corn or berseem hay. Levels of PL in different mixtures were 25, 50, and 75% on DM basis. Chemical composition and crude fiber fractions were determined. In vitro and In situ dry and organic matter disappearance (IVDMD, IVOMD, ISDMD and ISOMD) were estimated for the three types of PL alone or with their different mixtures. There was a significant influence (P<0.05) for Values of the type of bedding material on the nutritive value of different mixtures. Of IVDMD and IVOMD were significantly (P<0.01) increased for mixtures containing corn relative to that containing hay. By increasing the level of either corn or hay, IVDMD, IVOMD, ISDMD and ISOMD were increased (P<0.01). These values were higher (P<0.05) for mixtures with corn than those with hay.
