Aplicativo e-SUS Vacinação: uma tecnologia da estratégia e-SUS APS para campanhas de vacinação do Sistema Único de Saúde
Résumé fourni par la source
During the COVID-19 pandemic, digital technologies facilitated communication between professionals, patients, and health systems. Incorporating these technologies enhanced the resilience of public health systems, contributing to the direct response to the pandemic. This paper aims to describe the development, use, and adaptation of the e-SUS Vacinação application during and after the COVID-19 pandemic in Brazil, highlighting its contributions to the resilience of the Unified Health System (SUS). This study included a descriptive design that analyzes the development and application of e-SUS Vacinação, evaluating the application through data comparison, pilot projects, Google Analytics analyses, and client usability surveys. The application showed a reduction of up to 95% in the time required to complete the information, with over 338,000 immunobiologicals administered by 107,000 active users. The application's usability was rated at 4.10, indicating a favorable response from users. Therefore, e-SUS Vacinação exemplifies the resilience of digital technologies in healthcare, reinforcing their importance for the continuity and effectiveness of Brazilian vaccination campaigns.
