Optimal Operation of Electrochemical Energy Storage Stations Considering Electro-Thermal Coupling
Le résumé fourni par la source
The operation of large-scale electrochemical energy storage stations must not only aim to maximize economic returns but also address thermal risks and energy consumption associated with temperature regulation. This study focuses on standalone electrochemical energy storage stations, analyzing the relation among operational variables and energy conversion. A heat generation and transfer model for the charging and discharging processes is developed, followed by the formulation of a daily operational optimization model incorporating electro-thermal coupling characteristics. Case studies based on typical summer and winter conditions are conducted to evaluate the proposed model. The results demonstrate its effectiveness in terms of both economic performance and mitigation of battery degradation.
