DIAGNOSTICS OF TRIPANОSOMOSIS OF CAMELS AND CONDUCT OF EPISATOLOGICAL MONITORING IN TURKESTAN REGION
Le résumé fourni par la source
The article describes the results of the study of trypanasomiasis of camels of the Turkestan region using serological tests using antigens prepared from a local strain, as well as its improvement. Trypanasomiasis affects camels, horses and donkeys. Laboratory animals such as dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and white mice are also susceptible. Waterborne diseases are found in the republics of Central Asia and Kazakhstan. It is more often registered in the Turkestan, Kyzylorda, Atyrau regions, the Ural and Syrdarya rivers. The carriers of the disease are flies, mosquitoes and other insects. The disease is transmitted by a vector-borne route, and the number of sick animals increases in the fall. In such cases, hidden sick animals are the main source of invasion. It is very important to check the number of camels in the region with high sensitivity and to avoid a widespread disease. Therefore, for the accelerated diagnosis of trypanasomiasis animals, it is very important to use an antigenic preparation prepared from a local parasite strain for the complement binding reaction. To protect livestock from diseases, it is necessary to use pastures that do not contain mosquitoes, far from their native shores. Therefore, at present in the Turkestan region there is a growing demand for the development of camel farming, the production of as many products as possible from it (meat, fur coat, kumyran). To meet this demand, it is necessary to increase the number of camels and make sure that they are free from various diseases, including invasive trypanosomiasis.
