The Effect of the Characteristics of Farm Party Planner Education Program on Education Satisfaction and Education Transfer: Learning Attitude as a Controlling Variable
Le résumé fourni par la source
This study aimed to explore the effects of the characteristics of the farm party planner education program on educational satisfaction and learning transfer, as well as to examine how learning attitudes moderate this relationship. The research employed both a literature review and quantitative methods, conducting a survey of students at J University in the metropolitan area who completed 15 weeks of party planner education and participated in a farm party planner team project for the final 4 weeks. The results indicated that among the characteristics of the farm party planner education program, educational content, teaching methods, and instructor qualifications significantly influenced educational satisfaction. Notably, instructor qualifications had the most substantial impact, while job relevance had a minimal effect. Furthermore, educational satisfaction regarding the characteristics of the farm party planner education program positively affected learning transfer, with learning attitudes playing a crucial moderating role in this relationship. This study underscores the importance of the farm party planner education program for the sustainable growth of the farm party industry and is expected to provide practical guidelines for developing effective educational programs tailored to local creators who support new job creation and career planning for young people.
