Technology simplifies many tasks, but integrating many technologies into a project is a challenge. Technology integration is not a simple task, it requires expertise in individual technologies, but also extra skills to interconnect all of them together. In industry it is very common to find specialists on PLC, robotics, vision systems, motion control among many other applications. However, it is crucial to prepare engineers specialized in technology integration. Industrialists commonly have training kits based on a single technology, but a system which integrates two or more technologies will enhance engineer's skills for the new challenges demanded by industry. To overcome the lack of specialized skills, in this paper it is proposed a training kit involving PLC programming, a collaborative robot and a vision system to be placed in the same kit. The proposal is based on gamification techniques by creating games like tic-tac-toe or hangman; this approach will allow the user to get the skills thinking on a different approach to create the games. The skills learned to build the game will be the ones required to integrate technologies and can be moved on into industrial applications. To this end the person will be trained in industrial applications.
