Le résumé fourni par la source

Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) has emerged as a transformative technology due to its versatility and cost-effectiveness. Thermoplastic Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate (ASA) is the favored material in FDM because of its outstanding mechanical qualities and durability against degradation. Enhancing the impact strength of ASA components is a significant endeavor to ensure performance reliability in challenging applications. This research utilizes the Taguchi experimental design and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) method to optimize the impact intensity in ASA FDM components. This study examines the effect of key process parameters, such as infill density and infill pattern, on the impact strength of ASA components. By employing the Taguchi method and ANOVA, the research optimizes the Izod impact strength by analyzing the effect of infill density and infill pattern. The experimental design utilizes a Taguchi L9 orthogonal array, with parameter variations within predetermined ranges. Results, evaluated through ANOVA and signal-to-noise (S/N) ratios, reveal that infill density is the most significant factor, accounting for 62.15% contribution followed by the infill pattern with 36.05% contribution to the impact strength variation. This study offers valuable insights into optimizing FDM processes to enhance material performance.
