In the new context, foreign affairs is one of the critical contents mentioned.To promote development and affirm the country's position, the international communication media, particularly English-language online newspapers in Vietnam, have become vital foreign media to the international public.The criteria for evaluating foreign messages in English-language online newspapers in Vietnam are designed to determine the necessary and sufficient criteria, ensuring that foreign information must be accurate, consistent, and reflect the national position.In particular, the foreign message should be based on the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws on foreign affairs and the foreign press, ensure the principles of building a press message, be suitable for the international public, ensure positivity, influence, and the English-language expresses the message flexibly and effectively.These criteria help to evaluate the quality, effectiveness, and accessibility of the message to the international public.Therefore, the criteria system for evaluating foreign messages in English online newspapers in Vietnam helps improve the quality of external communication and strengthen trust and cooperation with the international community.
