Le résumé fourni par la source

Waste discharge concentration plays a critical role in engineering and industrial processes. It directly impacts the heat transfer characteristics and behavior of surrounding environments like natural bodies of water, and ecosystems. The goal of this attempt is to establish a predictive model for waste discharge in Cross nanofluids exposed to radiative and magnetic effects. These factors are modeled over a spinning sphere mechanism, which allows us to put insights into the nanofluids behaviors and improvements achievable in thermal transport systems. Heat transport analysis is scrutinized through thermal radiation , exponential source-based heat sink source and incorporation of three nanoparticles . Velocity is judged through imposing magnetic field and concentration analysis is made with pollutant source variation effects. The methodology integrates a three-layer neural network model to simulate the physical effects. By implementing a machine learning approach with three hidden neural layers, the study successfully predicts complex relationships in the ternary nanofluid behavior. Key results reveal that the combined effects of magnetization and radiative heat transfer with exponential sink/source terms significantly enhance thermal transport efficiency and reduce pollutant concentrations near the surface. Thermal transport is observed highest in ternary nanofluids compared to nanofluids and binary nanofluids under thermophoresis and thermal radiation . The ANN procedure achieves optimal accuracy for a model index (n), with a mean squared error of 1.6473e-08 and a gradient of 9.952e-08 at 529 epochs for Weissenberg number (We), confirming efficient convergence.
