Le résumé fourni par la source
A mathematical model of power line faults under extreme weather is established by studying the quantitative assessment mechanism of the impact of extreme weather on grid line branches. The ACCF model is used to capture the actual power loss after the random failure of transmission lines in the power system. The normalized grid load-shedding, node voltage, and branch power overrun metrics are used to characterize the multiple fault risk of the grid under extreme weather. The Monte Carlo simulation method is used to simulate the uncertainty of wind and photovoltaic power output and evaluate the risk of node voltage and branch power crossing. An example analysis demonstrates that the proposed method can effectively and accurately assess the operational risk of the grid under different scenarios. This observation can support grid risk professionals in making early warning decisions and carrying out grid risk prevention and control systematically.
