Le résumé fourni par la source

The efficient provision and utilization of electrical energy are paramount in today’s context. The substantial energy consumption of refrigerator-freezers underscores the need for targeted enhancements in the refrigeration cycle and its components. This study aims to optimize the electrical energy consumption of freezers by focusing on three pivotal factors: evaporator volume, capillary tube length, and refrigerant quantity, recognized for their critical roles in the refrigeration process. Experimental tests were conducted utilizing the response surface methodology, employing three evaporators of varying standard volumes and a 0.31-inch diameter capillary tube. Analysis of the experimental data was performed using the analysis of variance method. Optimal conditions were determined based on the lowest process response value identified through variance analysis. The experimental results indicated the optimal values for the evaporator volume, capillary tube length, and refrigerant quantity as 8660 cm³, 275 cm, and 160 grams, respectively. A comparison between the test results under the optimized conditions and the predicted outcomes confirmed the accuracy and reliability of the established optimization for the freezer’s energy consumption. Notably, optimizing the freezer’s operational parameters led to a significant 20% reduction in energy consumption, highlighting the effectiveness of the optimization approach.
