The monograph contains the results of research concerning, firstly, the new scientific vision of man and family in the context of modern changes. In the context of these areas, adaptation to the present is considered from the perspective of overcoming stress, maintaining mental health, and current problems of fertility and parenthood. Secondly, there are contradictions between inclusivity and organizational cynicism in shaping the working environment, mental and physical well-being, values and living space of a modern employee. Thirdly, the issues of diversification in personnel management, focused on overcoming the shortage of labor, including in conditions of increased demand for domestic high-tech products; corporate social responsibility, the advantages of the "cloud of organizational culture" in the management of business processes of the personnel system. Fourth, the problems of employee training as a factor of productivity growth and its adaptation to the capabilities of artificial intelligence. Fifth, approaches to the formation of a pool of talent in an organization; research on hiring a relatively new socio-economic system, the causes and consequences of "quiet" employment and "quiet" dismissal. It is addressed to scientific, pedagogical and practical workers engaged in the field of personnel management, graduate students, students whose professional interests are related to the development of personnel management.
