Le résumé fourni par la source

After a power outage in the grid with a high proportion of new energy access, the black start is required to restore the power supply quickly. However, in the early stage of black start, the strength of the power system is weak, and only using grid following vector control methods cannot support doubly fed induction generators (DFIGs) to achieve black start. Therefore, a grid-forming control strategy with current dual loop control based on virtual synchronous generator (VSG) to construct virtual stator electromotive force (EMF) is proposed, and a corresponding wind turbine (WT) black start process is formulated. Moreover, the WT reduced the impact of wind speed fluctuations on system stability by limiting output power. The simulation results using MATLAB/Simulink demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed black start strategy and process. Meanwhile, under the dual influence of load disturbances and wind speed fluctuations, the wind turbine stabilizes the system frequency and voltage within the allowable range for the black start.
