Nothing to report. Video S1. Dynamic blood flow routes (white arrows) of the deep perforators collateral circulation on the frontal and lateral view. Video S2. Leptomeningeal collaterals flow from the posterior cerebral artery. Video S3. Pre-procedural and post-procedural blood flow routes of the left middle cerebral artery (MCA). On the frontal view, the pre-procedural angiography demonstrated that the lateral lenticulostriate arteries were retrograde and supplied the distal segment of the MCA, while the post-procedural angiography showed the blood flow of the lateral lenticulostriate arteries recovered anterograde but somewhat pale. The occluded left MCA (white arrow) returned patent on the lateral view.
