Trapping of superoxide and peroxide anions to the olive oil (OO) medium by constantly blowing them to the (OO) chamber was discussed. The ionized air at a constant pressure interacts with OO indirectly through a plane having hundreds of millimeter-sized holes in a planar surface in a dielectric barrier discharge device. The OO viscosity is variable and assumes crystallized forms upon continuously being under piezoelectric vibrators actuators implanted over the outer crust body of the chamber. This results in homogeneous distribution of them all over OO. Billions of stabilized micron-sized bubbles, after OO crystallization, can be treated as fixed micro-encapsulations of anion oxygen species (AOS), the presence of which was tested on cultivated E. cloi and S. aureus bacterizes in Luria–Bertani, and the obtained results showed the respective diameters of the forbidden growth rings to be 1.25 and 1.45mm. Anti-inflectional and recovery process of second-degree burn wounds were evaluated by physically applying these micro-encapsulations over the treated region (Twound) purposely developed over the head (of the body part) of a community of 15 Wistar rats. Also, a control region (Cwound) was left untreated for the sake of microscopic and macroscopic comparisons between the healing of the two regions. Based on the statistical T-test applied on the wound areas over a period of two weeks, the results determined the treatment efficiency due to delivering AOS through micro-encapsulations. It was observed that the size of the T-wound region reduced significantly faster than the C-wound over the stated monitoring period.
