Le résumé fourni par la source

After large-scale offshore wind farms clusters are connected to the grid, the generation of thermal units is compressed at the receiving-end of the grid, decreasing the motivation of thermal units participating in peak regulation. This paper proposes an optimal dispatch model for wind-thermal-storage peak regulation considering peaking compensation and cost sharing. To encourage each subject of the receiving-end grid to participate in the peak regulation, the wind-thermal-storage peaking compensation and cost allocation method is proposed. Then, the wind-fire-storage peak regulation dispatch model considering peaking compensation and cost sharing is proposed. The objective function is to maximize the total revenue of the system. The effectiveness of the proposed model is verified by a simulation validation of an actual receiving-end grid.
