Le résumé fourni par la source

The effect of TiO2/SiO2 ratio from 0.28 to 0.54 on the structure and properties of the BaO–CaO–SiO2–TiO2–CaF2–Li2O–Na2O low reaction slag were studied for high-Ti steel continuous casting at 1573K by molecular dynamics simulation, Raman spectroscopy and rotational viscometer. The results showed that when TiO2/SiO2<0.44, TiVI in TiO2 mainly acts as a network modifier. When TiO2/SiO2>0.44, TiⅤ in TiO2 mainly plays the role of network forming body. As the TiO2/SiO2 ratio increases, the results revealed changes in the structures of bridging oxygen and TiⅤ, as well as the Si–O network. The NBO/T value increased from 2.84 to 3.98 and then decreased to 3.91. The viscosity of the slag decreased from 0.08 Pa s to 0.04 Pa s, and the complex QSi3 and QSi4 network structures were depolymerized. Subsequently, the degree of polymerization of the melt increased, and the viscosity increased to 0.08 Pa s due to the increase of number of bridge oxygen.
