Le résumé fourni par la source
Graphene/polymer composites are considered the most preferable materials in recent technology for energy harvesting applications. Herein, an efficacious and novel processing approach is applied to fabricate thin films using organic polymers i.e. Poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) with graphene-nanoplatelets (GNPs) composites. To improve the charge interactions and mobility throughout the composite, bis (trifluoromethane sulfonyl) imide (LiTFSI) and tert-butylpyridine (TBP) are adopted to dope P3HT. A research laboratory blade coater is used for the deposition of the GNPs:P3HT blend on glass slides. TE properties of the prepared films are measured on a homemade vacuum chamber setup. Seebeck coefficient, I-V, and P-V characteristics of the prepared films are comprehensively studied by varying the mass ratio of pristine/doped-P3HT composition with GNPs. We found that LiTFSI and TBP greatly increase the thermoelectric properties near room temperature.
