Supplementary Figure 1: Insertion patterns for all cases harboring HPV DNA integration. Two junctions co-linear (2J-CL) (a), two junctions non-linear (2J-NL) (b), multiple-junctions clustered (MJ-CL) (c) and multiple-junctions scattered (MJ-SC) (d). Insertions are presented with a black line when present in tissue only, a red line when present in plasma only and a dashed black and red line when present in both tissue and plasma. All genomics coordinates use Hg38 reference. Double-dash is used when the insertion is outside an intronic or exonic region of a gene and the closest gene is reported.
